What are the advantages of a WhatsApp consultation?

Text helps to maintain a record and the pictures have better image quality than video. Also it’s easier to gauge your progress for before-afters.

 

Easy to revisit instructions whenever needed

It is text-based consult on WhatsApp.

During the consult, you will be asked all the basic details about yourself and your skin/hair concerns, your current routine, etc. After analysis of your skin/hair, and depending on the concerns, you will be sent the prescription.

 

What should I expect from an audio call consultation?

After choosing your slot and making the payment – you will be directed to our helpline.
We will ask you all your details and also your photos 24 hours prior to the the consultation.
– during the call Dr Manasi will send you your prescription and go over each point.
– The follow up can be via phone call for ₹999 or whatsapp text for ₹799

 

What are the advantages of an audio call consultation?
  • After booking, you will be connected to our helpline team
  • Your details and images will be collected prior to the call
  • During the call, Dr Manasi will discuss your concerns and treatment plan
  • Your prescription will be shared after the consultation
Can I ask questions during and after the consultation?
Yes — you are encouraged to ask questions related to your condition.
  • During the consultation: all relevant doubts will be addressed
  • After the consultation: you may ask up to 3 brief queries related to your prescription to the patient helpline (e.g., usage, minor adjustments, or expected reactions)
This does not include new concerns, detailed routine changes, or ongoing discussions. For further queries beyond this, a paid follow-up consultation is required.
What are the follow-up charges?
  • WhatsApp follow-up: ₹799
  • Audio call follow-up: ₹999
  • Video call follow-up: ₹1499
  • Email follow-up: ₹399
If your last consultation was more than 12 weeks ago, it will be considered a new consultation, and standard charges will apply.
What should I expect from an email consultation?

Who will be reviewing my case?

Yes, you can ask me any question relevant to your condition and I will help you understand your condition and clear doubts regarding your prescription (if any). After the consultation is over, you can ask me for any queries/alternatives to medications up to 3 times – after which a follow-up charge will be applicable 

What are the advantages of an email consultation?

If you request for a follow-up more than 12 weeks after your last session, we’ll ring it in as a brand-new consultation, and standard consultation charges will apply!

  • Prior to the call:
