No refunds will be done except in one condition – if the condition requries physical examination or in-clinic procedures. This will be at the discretion of the doctor. A full refund Minus 10% operational cost will be provided to the patient.
We request you to cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Patients booked for a consultation will be subject to an INR 500/$15USD fee if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours- notice or fails to show up to the appointment. This fee must be paid before rebooking a new appointment.
